• Level 1 (Dave Palmer) has an emphasis on Adjusting including the "advanced" protocols for the Knee Chest Adjustment letting the table work for you!  
• Level 2 (Mabel H. Palmer) has the emphasis on Spinography, including how to take and interpret the spinographs efficiently and accurately.  
• Level 3 (D.D. Palmer) has an emphasis on Thermography knowing when to adjust, when not to adjust and knowing when an adjustment has been given.  
• Level 4 (BJ Palmer) ties everything all together.

Advanced HIO Knee Chest was founded in 2019 by Dr. Steven B. Simmons a 1999 Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate.  While a student at Palmer his classmates voted him, "Most likely to build a Shrine to BJ Palmer".​  After two decades of private practice he has developed very unique features that have advanced the knee chest adjustment.  Today, we truly are bringing a "new angle" to the knee chest adjustment.  Our mission is to help more Chiropractors grow their offices, see as many patients as humanly possible and experience the knee chest adjustment.
